Marco (on time, of course) explained in detail why our home would be best served by a company with higher suction equipment. Our old home has really long runs, many heater vents that cannot easily be removed(lots of damage to walls) and very large rectangular ducts. He spent at least 45 min. checking our system and explaining to us why our home is so difficult. Marco was helping us get what we need to effectively clean our ducts. Willing to walk away from our job if we agreed with his explanation is miles above most companies!!
