Our Silver Package covers the essentials: professional air duct cleaning for one HVAC system, with EnviroCON® sanitizing and odor treatment included at no additional charge.
Our Professional Cleaning Process
At AAA Cleaning Services INC, we don’t simply blow air through your ductwork. Our technicians use a push-and-pull cleaning process designed to loosen, move and collect contaminants from the ventilation system.
We establish negative air pressure with professional HEPA-filtered equipment while compressed-air tools and specialized air whips agitate the interior of the ductwork. The agitation helps loosen debris, while the negative-air system pulls the contaminants toward the collection equipment.
Cleaning Without Making a Mess
We take precautions to protect your home throughout the service. HVAC openings and vents are properly sealed and taped during the cleaning process to help maintain strong suction and prevent loosened dust and debris from escaping into the living space.
Our technicians also use protective measures around work areas and maintain a clean workspace throughout the service.
Our goal is simple: remove the contaminants from your HVAC system – not move them around your home.
HEPA-Filtered Negative Air System
Our professional negative-air equipment uses a 3-stage HEPA filtration system to collect airborne particles and debris removed during the cleaning process.
Combined with mechanical agitation and negative pressure, this equipment allows us to perform a thorough cleaning while maintaining control of the contaminants being removed from the system.
EnviroCON® HVAC Sanitizing – Included FREE
After the cleaning is completed, our certified technicians apply EnviroCON® using a professional fogging application.
EnviroCON® is an EPA-registered product for use in HVAC systems and is formulated without heavy perfumes or lingering fragrances. It helps address microorganisms and contaminants commonly associated with HVAC environments, including bacteria, fungi, mold and mildew.
Professional sanitizing is included FREE with the Silver Package.
Professional Odor Treatment – Included FREE
For odor treatment, we use Ultra Odor Kill, a professional odor-control product formulated to address persistent odors within the HVAC system. The treatment leaves a light, fresh scent.

System Inspection – Included FREE
Dust and buildup inside the furnace and on the evaporator coil can restrict airflow and reduce HVAC efficiency. A heavily contaminated evaporator coil can also affect cooling performance and may contribute to airflow problems or coil freezing.
Your Silver Package includes a FREE inspection of the accessible components of your HVAC system. If furnace or evaporator coil cleaning is recommended, we will explain the condition to you and provide the price before any additional work is performed.

All vouchers are valid up to 1 year from the date of purchase. Offers and promotions can not be combined. If you have any concerns, please write to us at info@aaacleaningservicesinc.com. Any complaints within 7 days of receiving service will be investigated to solve any issues.
All online and card payments are subject to a 4% transaction fee.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will incur a $69 cancellation fee.
